Built-in Tools
Your assistant comes with powerful built-in tools:

Enable Tools
- Go to Assistant Settings → Tools tab
- Toggle the tools you want to enable
- Click Save
MCP Integrations
Model Context Protocol (MCP) lets your assistant connect to external services and APIs.
Add an MCP Server
- Go to Tools → MCP Servers
- Click Add MCP Server
- Configure:
- Name — Descriptive name
- URL — MCP server endpoint
- Type — Server, Endpoint, or Device
- Click Save
Use Cases
- Connect to your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Query your database in natural language
- Control IoT devices via voice commands
- Access internal APIs and services
Custom HTTP APIs
For simple API integrations without MCP:
- Go to Tools → Custom APIs
- Add your API endpoint URL
- Configure HTTP method, headers, and parameters
- The assistant will call your API when relevant
