Invite Users

Add team members to your assistant.

Overview

You can invite other people to use your assistant. They can chat with it, but only the owner and admins can change settings.

Invite a User

  1. Go to Assistant SettingsUsers tab
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Choose their role (User or Admin)
  5. Click Send Invite

The invited person will receive an email to join. Once they accept, they can start using the assistant.

Manage Users

  • View — See all users and their roles
  • Change role — Promote a user to Admin or demote to User
  • Remove — Revoke access for a user

All users share the assistant's message and voice quotas. More users means the daily quota is consumed faster.
