Memory
Manage Memories
View, edit, and delete saved memories from the Settings interface.
View Memory List
- Go to Settings (⚙️ icon)
- Select the Memory tab
- Click "View all" to open the full list
Each memory displays:
- Content — The information that was remembered
- Type — Category (preference, fact, plan, ...)
- Timestamp — Date and time created or last updated
Edit a Memory
You can modify the content of saved memories:
- Open the memory list from Settings → Memory
- Click on the memory you want to edit
- Update the content and/or memory type
- Click Save to confirm
When you edit content, the embedding vector is automatically updated to ensure semantic search remains accurate.
Delete a Memory
To delete a memory:
- Open the memory list
- Click the delete icon (🗑️) next to the memory
- Confirm deletion
Deleted memories cannot be recovered. Make sure before deleting.
Filter by Type
The memory list can be filtered by type for easier management:

Memory Management (Admin)
If you are an admin of the assistant, you can view memories of all users from the Admin Dashboard:
- View memories by assistant
- Filter by specific user
- Filter by memory type
- Pagination for large lists
Admins have view-only access to memories — users always retain full control to delete and edit their own memories.
