- The Credits summary shows:
- Used β Credits consumed in the current period
- Remaining β Available credits
- Limit β Total credits for this plan period
Credits are user-global. All AI operations across all assistants deduct from the same credit wallet.

Credit cost depends on the model. Use efficient models like GPT-4.1 Mini or Gemini 2.5 Flash to maximize your credits.
Resource Limits
In addition to credits, each plan has resource limits β these are fixed totals (not daily), based on the assistant owner's plan:

What Happens When You Hit a Limit?
Credits exhausted
- Chat β Cannot send new messages, shows a credits exhausted notification
- Voice β Cannot start new voice sessions
- Realtime β Realtime voice sessions are rejected
Resource limits reached
- KB Documents β Can't upload more files until you delete some or upgrade
- Devices β Can't register new devices
- Assistants β Can't create new assistants until you delete some or upgrade
Tips to Save Credits
- Choose efficient models β GPT-4.1 Mini and Gemini 2.5 Flash deliver great results at low cost
- Disable suggestions if you don't need them β saves ~1 credit per chat turn
- Use Knowledge Base instead of pasting long content into chat β reduces input tokens
- Use Realtime Voice only when you need the real-time experience β Auto Voice is usually cheaper
