Manage Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan.
Overview
Your subscription is user-global — one plan covers your usage across all assistants you interact with. Each plan provides monthly credits for all AI operations.
Upgrade
- Go to My Account → My Subscription
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Choose your desired plan (Go, Plus, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Select billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)
- Complete payment via SePay
- Your new plan and credits are activated immediately
When upgrading, new credits are granted instantly. Your billing period starts from the upgrade date.
Downgrade
- Go to My Subscription
- Click Downgrade Plan
- Select a lower tier
- The downgrade is scheduled for end of period — you keep your current plan until the billing period ends
Downgrades don't take effect immediately. You continue using your current plan with full credits and features until the end of the period. When the new period starts, your plan switches to the lower tier with its corresponding credits.
Cancel a Scheduled Downgrade
Changed your mind? You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before the billing period ends:
- Go to My Subscription
- Click Cancel Downgrade
- Your plan continues as normal without any change
Cancel Subscription
- Go to My Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
When you cancel, you keep your current plan, credits, and all features until the end of the billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan.
Reactivate
Changed your mind before the billing period ends? Click Reactivate to restore your subscription — your plan continues as normal.

Credit Lifecycle Within a Period
- Start of period — Credits granted per plan (no rollover from previous period)
- During period — Each AI operation deducts credits
- End of period — Remaining credits expire, fresh credits granted for next period
Payment Methods
Currently supported via SePay payment gateway with bank transfer (VND).
