Manage Subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan.
Overview
Your subscription is user-global — one plan covers your usage across all assistants you interact with.
Upgrade
- Go to My Account → My Subscription
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Choose your desired plan (Plus, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Select billing cycle (Monthly or Annual)
- Complete payment via SePay
- Your new plan is activated immediately
Downgrade
- Go to My Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
When downgrading, you may lose access to features and your quotas will be reduced. Make sure to adjust your usage before the change takes effect.
Cancel
- Go to My Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Your account reverts to the Free plan immediately
Billing Cycle
- Monthly — Renewed every 30 days
- Annual — Renewed every 365 days (~20% savings)
- Grace period — 3 days after expiry before automatic downgrade to Free
Payment Methods
Currently supported via SePay payment gateway with bank transfer (VND).
