Custom Domain

Use a domain that carries your brand for the Web App.

A custom domain replaces the default <name>.assistantcore.com address; Assistant Core continues to operate the Web App content and interface.

Requirements

  • Pro plan or higher.
  • Access to the domain's DNS settings.

Configure a domain

  1. Open the Admin Panel and select an assistant.
  2. Go to Settings → Branding.
  3. Enter a hostname such as chat.example.com. Do not include https:// or a path.
  4. Save the assistant settings.
  5. Configure the required DNS record with your DNS provider, then wait for DNS and TLS certificate provisioning before testing the domain.

DNS changes can take time to propagate. The Web App remains available at its default address while you wait.

Branding and white label

The same Branding section controls the assistant logo, colors, widget logo, and white-label options available to your plan.
