Getting Started
Create an account, sign in, and set up your AI assistant profile.
Sign Up
You can create an account using:
- Email & Password — Enter your email, create a password, and verify your email
- Google — One-click sign in with your Google account
- GitHub — One-click sign in with your GitHub account
Steps
- Go to the Web App at support.assistantcore.com
- Click Sign Up
- Choose your sign-up method
- Complete the registration
If you sign up with email, you'll receive a 6-digit verification code via email. Enter the code to activate your account.
Sign In
- Go to support.assistantcore.com
- Click Sign In
- Enter your credentials or use Google/GitHub
Forgot Password?
- Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for the reset link
- Create a new password
Onboarding
After your first sign-in, a setup wizard guides you through four steps:
Step 1: Welcome
Overview of what the assistant can do — personalized responses, smart memory, and powerful tools.
Step 2: Your Info
Tell the AI about yourself (optional):
- Your name
- What you do
- Your interests
This helps the assistant provide more relevant responses from the start.
Step 3: Preferences
Set your preferred:
- Language — English or Vietnamese
- Spoken language — For voice transcription (supports 8 languages)
Step 4: Conversation Style
Choose how the assistant communicates:
- Formal or casual tone
- Detailed or concise responses
- Technical or simplified explanations
You can change all of these preferences later in Settings. The onboarding just gives you a head start.
